Rules:
1. To enter this preaddressed entry form. All
entries must be mailed separately and be received by December
31, 2007 . Mechanically reproduced entries will not be
accepted. You may obtain an official entry form by writing
to: RICHARD MEYER ENTRY REQUEST, 800 W. GENESEE ST.,
SKANEATELES, NY 13152-7192.
2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among
all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Richard
Meyer Window and Door Co. All prizes will be awarded and
winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one
prize to an individual or household. Prizes are
nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Richard
Meyer Window and Door Co. assumes no responsibility or liability
for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of
prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the
individual winners. In the event a winner has purchased an
Richard Meyer Window and Door Co. product that is all of or part
of their prize between 12/1/07 to 12/31/07- such prize
winner may elect to receive the retail value of that prize in lieu
of the product or products. Winners may be required to
verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release
within 14 days of notification attempt.. Entry constitutes
permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional
purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is
assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

replacement windows for entire home. Limit 15 windows. Or
one Kitchen Cabinet reface limited to 15 cabinets. Or one
Patio room 10' x 10' to be put on existing qualified deck .Prize does not include basement, garage or mobile home windows.
4. Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S., 18 years of
age or older, except employees and their families of Richard Meyer
Window and Door Co., its parent company and its
subsidiaries. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.
